On April 23, 1994, at 2:30 a.m., decedent Shanna Feaser, a 26-year-old part-time waitress, was driving southbound on Main St. in Orange. Defendant Lauri McCullough was traveling eastbound on Taft St. Either the plaintiff's decedent or the defendant ran a red light at the intersection of Taft and Main and the vehicles collided. The plaintiff, the decedent's minor child, brought this action against the defendant driver based on negligence theories of recovery.
