PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Howard alleged he was wrongfully terminated for complaining about race/color discrimination, disability discrimination, and gender discrimination. As well, Howard claimed that the termination was in retaliation for refusing to falsify documents directed at Access Services Inc. and reporting fraudulent activity such as late pickups to Access Services.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
MVT countered that Howard was terminated for violation of work rules and denied all of Howard's charges.
