    Marc Cherry created the television show "Desperate Housewives," which was broadcast by American Broadcasting Co. Inc. (ABC). Jill Bernal, dba Jillian L'Amour, filed suit against Cherry, ABC, and Paradigm Talent and Literary Agency, claiming copyright infringement.
