Plaintiff Wanda Perkins was a passenger in a vehicle that stalled on the Bay Bridge in Alameda County. The vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by defendant Aberlardo Cabello. The plaintiff alleged the defendant was liable for vehicular negligence. The defendant disputed the nature and extent of the plaintiff's injuries.
