The subject suit arises from a motor vehicle collision that occurred on March 14, 2001 at the intersection of Harbor and Baker in Costa Mesa. The plaintiff was driving a semi-tractor trailer truck eastbound on Baker and the defendant was driving northbound on Harbor.
