According to the defendant, Sue Ann Dequeljoe, she and the plaintiff, Delilah Camarillo, were driving southbound on Sepulveda Blvd. and stopped for a red light at Rosecrans Blvd. in Manhattan Beach. The plaintiff was driving a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The defendant was operating a 2000 Mercedes-Benz and stopped behind the plaintiff's vehicle. The defendant was trying to remove something from her eye and inadvertently removed her foot from the brake and rolled into the rear of plaintiff's vehicle. The defendant admitted liability but contested the amount of damages.
