Facts
When plaintiff's job was eliminated in 1994, she was not permitted to bump another employee out of that employee's job. As a result, she was laid off from January 1995 until August 1996, when she was recalled. Then, in July 1998, the plaintiff was not selected for a promotion for which she and approximately 20 other employees were candidates.
