PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff claimed that Dollar General failed to pay overtime compensation, failed to provide meal periods, failed to provide rest periods, failed to provide accurate itemized wage statements, failed to provide printed wage statements, and engaged in unfair competition.
