Facts

The United States brought a claim against Defendants, alleging that Defendants created tax fraud schemes that deprived the Treasury of $10,800,000 when they assisted their clients in forming sham corporations and then had those clients claim various bogus deductions.

Result

Defendant Waage and his law firm are permanently enjoined from giving tax advice and from preparing federal tax returns for clients. Defendant Jensen is permanently enjoined from preparing federal tax returns that understate income.
