Plaintiff Kevin Cox, a 20-year-old busboy sustained a Workers' compensation injury to his neck and back on March 5, 1993. On July 15, four months later, his vehicle was struck in a broadside collision when Defendant Michael Chatin ran a red light at Highway 118 and Vineyard Road in Ventura. Defendant admitted liability.
