The first Defendant male secretly videotaped Plaintiff female, a 21-year-old child caretaker; the taping took place whole she was spending the evening with him. The videocamera had been borrowed from a second Defendant, who had knowledge of the planned taping. The Defendants then had a showing of the video for their friends, without knowledge or consent from Plaintiff.
