Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Apple allegedly infringed on NetAirus' U.S. Patent No. 7,103,380 entitled "Wireless Handset Communication System."

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Apple denied the allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses. Apple also filed counterclaims for non-infringement and invalidity of the disputed patent.

Result

The court entered judgment in favor of Apple and dismissed the claims with prejudice.
