Facts

In December of 1992, Defendants Jim and Bobbie Casey, managers of F48 Apartments, moved Plaintiffs, the Taylor family, from a second floor apartment to a first floor apartment. Three months after the move, Plaintiffs moved out of the apartment building. Mr. Taylor was a 30-year-old clerk and Mrs. Taylor was a 28-year-old waitress, at the time. They lived with their young daughter.
