Facts

On or about January 8, 1992, Defendant Graphic Purchasing Services, Inc., retained Plaintiff Pacific Printing Industries, Inc., (Pacific) to develop, print, and distribute advertising mailers for Defendant CMA West. Pacific printed the mailers and distributed them, as directed. Defendants accepted the mailers, used the mailers as intended, and were paid for them. Defendants, however, failed to pay Pacific Printing for the work, labor, and services it performed.
