Beginning in 1989, Defendant Bank of San Francisco agreed to loan Plaintiff Madeleine Winn approximately $4,500,000 to subdivide and market 10-acre lots at Pilot Hill Crossing. Only one lot sold from 1989 through 1991. Ms. Winn could not repay the loan and the bank foreclosed on the property.
