Contentions

PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS:
In subclass I, which consisted of approximately 300 members, plaintiffs accused defendants of failing to pay all wages due to field technicians for time spent driving to work sites. Plaintiffs also accused defendants of failing to pay the minimum wage, prevailing wages, and overtime.

Result

Black & Decker agreed to settle the dispute for $4.97 million.
