Facts

Exxon Mobil Corp. entered into a settlement with Nautilus Marine Enterprises Inc. (NME), a seafood processor, in relation to the Valdez spill in Alaska. A contract dispute arose in connection to the agreement, and NME filed suit against Exxon.

Result

The court granted declaratory judgment in Exxon's favor, finding that the evidence supported Exxon.
