Facts
On July 3, 1994, plaintiff Lola Hansen, a 76-year-old homemaker and entertainer, was backing her vehicle out of a parking place when the rear of her vehicle impacted the front of defendant Charles Hill's vehicle. The plaintiffs, husband and wife brought this action against the defendant based on negligence, intentional tort and loss of consortium theories of recovery.
