Facts

On August 2, 1989, Plaintiff, a 32-year-old courier, delivered a package to a suite of offices located on Defendant's premises. In returning to her vehicle, she started to walk on stepping stones adjacent to the parking lot. Her foot caught on a sprinkler head close to the walkway. She was catapulted into the parking lot, sustaining serious injury.
