Plaintiff, 47, worked for Defendant advertising agency for approximately 9 years, primarily on Defendant cosmetic corporation's account. Plaintiff was the senior vice president, assistant creative director, and had been responsible for that account for the duration of his employment. Plaintiff had dated the daughter of Defendant president/CEO of Defendant corporation for over one year; the relationship ended in 1991. Plaintiff was then terminated on October 24, 1991.
