Facts

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. filed an antitrust and patent misuse claims against SD-3C LLC and other defendants relating to flash memory technology. SD-3C filed for summary adjudication arguing the case was time-barred.

Result

U.S. District Court Judge Jeffrey S. White granted summary judgment in favor of SD-3C and dismissed the complaint without leave to amend.
