Facts
On Aug. 12, 2003, plaintiff Cheryl Bryant, a bus driver for "The Parking Spot" located at Los Angeles International Airport, was struck by a car after she dropped off a customer and momentarily exited the bus. She was standing near the bus door when defendant Shaun LaChappelle, driving in reverse, hit her and knocked her down.
