Plaintiff was crossing Highway 116 at the southern end of Sebastopol at a T-intersection which entered Highway 116 at approximately 45 degrees. In accordance with existing authority, the court ruled that since the cross street did not enter Highway 116 at an approximate 90 degree angle as required by the Vehicle Code, the area where plaintiff was crossing could not be considered a crosswalk.
