Plaintiff Jeff Jimenez, a 35-year-old insurance adjuster, was driving a Toyota Landcruiser and stopped to turn right at an intersection. As he pulled out, he paused as a vehicle approached from his left. Defendant was driving a Ford Explorer and was also turning right behind plaintiff. Defendant did not realize that plaintiff had paused and defendant rear-ended plaintiff.

Settlement Discussions
