On Dec. 31, 1997, the plaintiff a 17-year old, student was a passenger in vehicle driven by defendant No. 2. The defendant No. 1 was driving opposite direction when he lost control of his vehicle, crossing into defendant No. 1's path resulting in a head-on collision.
