Facts
The plaintiff was standing at the corner of Compton Boulevard and Maple Avenue when the defendants, Karena Collins and Aaron Holmes, driving their vehicles at an excess speed collided with each other. The force and the speed of the impact was so severe that it caused both vehicles to go up the sidewalk and come into contact with the plaintiff's body.
