Complainants asserted claims for wrongful conduct, breach of an oral and written contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, fraud, and violations of the California Labor Code.
RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS:
Respondent denied claimants' allegations, and asserted various affirmative defenses.
Damages
Claimants sought no less than $400,000 in compensatory damages, unpaid salary, commission, and wages, attorney fees and costs, interest, punitive damages, and other relief. At the close of hearing, they requested in excess of $1.3 million in compensatory damages.

The FINRA Panel denied claimants' claims in their entirety.
