Facts

On Sept. 15, 1997, plaintiff, who was an application engineer at Autodesk, was terminated from his employment. The plaintiff filed a lawsuit claiming that he was wrongfully terminated because Autodesk allegedly perceived him to have a physical condition which could develop into a disability. Autodesk denied the plaintiff's claim.

Damages

The plaintiff claimed $722,000 in economic damages, and sought unspeficied emotional distress and punitive damages.
