Facts
In June 1992, plaintiff Denice Reinhart, started working at the Sheriff's Department as Special Services Officer for the Orange County Sheriff's Department. She received calls from other deputies while at work and was called a "slut," a "homewrecker" and accused of "having an affair with another deputy." From June 1993 to October 1993, she worked at the Orange County Transportation Authority. While working at that location, there was only one locker room and she alleged that she was forced to change in front of men. The plaintiff claimed that also while employed at OCTA, she was accused of having an affair with a Santa Ana police officer.
