On November 2, 1992, as Plaintiff, an electrician employed by the film industry, was injured while in the course and scope of his employment. As he alighted from a truck on which he had been working, Defendant drove by and sideswiped Plaintiff, causing him to fall as Defendant's van ran over Plaintiff's foot.
