In 1990-91 Defendant developers completed the construction of a 266-unit condominium project; the purchase price range per unit was between $140,000 and $190,000. Plaintiff homeowner association began noticing structural defects in June of 1993.
Settlement Discussions
Plaintiff contends that, following various offers and demands, it made a 998 demand in the amount of $4,500,000 and Defendant developers offered $3,250,000.

Defective streets, roofs, framing, windows, and fire blocking.
Other Information
The case against Cross-defendants, subcontractors and design professionals, is pending; the remainder of the case is being pursued jointly by Plaintiff and the developers.
