In 1992, Plaintiff injured her dominant hand on the job; she still complained of symptoms at the time of the subject injury. In July 1993, Plaintiff, a 55-year-old data entry clerk, slipped and fell on spilled water at her workplace. Plaintiff returned to work after a brief absence and lost six months of earnings due to the 1993 incident. At the time of the settlement, Plaintiff had returned to full-time work.
