On January 13, 1993, Plaintiffs Sona Ardroumian, a 36-year-old teacher, and her daughter Shake Ardroumian, a 12-year-old student, were southbound on Winnetka in the left-turn lane. As they made a left turn to eastbound Rosco, Defendant Gerald Coulter, northbound on Winnetka, struck Plaintiffs in a high-speed collision. Plaintiffs' vehicle spun backward into another vehicle.

Injuries

Other Information
A prior arbitration by Jay Rosenwald resulted in a Plaintiff verdict in the amount of $35,600 to the teacher and $13,500 to the student; trial de novo by Defendant.
