Facts

Plaintiff Glen James, a 60-year-old electrical engineer. From 1982 through 18986, Plaintiff was a field engineer working at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. He alleged he was exposed to radiation at levels in excess of permissible federal regulations during that period of time. The Plaintiff alleged that the occupational exposure caused him to develop chronic myelogenous leukemia.
