Facts
Defendant general contractor constructed a condominium complex located in Laguna Beach. The development was completed in 1985 and sold as a time share complex consisting of 25 individual units with approximately 1,275 owners. Between approximately 1992 and 1994, water intrusion was observed on the decks and balconies of the complex.
