On April 1, 1992, plaintiff Metin Sado purchased a 47 unit apartment building in San Diego from the seller defendants, Norco Development, Inc., Robert Gulotta and Rhonda Gulotta, for $2,525,000. The apartment building was subsequently foreclosed upon by the lender. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants based on fraud and concealment theories of recovery.
