On Jan. 17, 1996, the plaintiff, a 46-year-old yacht builder, was driving his ______________ (make/model) in the defendant city. He was making a left-hand turn from southbound State College Blvd. at a "Keep Clear" area. There were two northbound lanes and a curb lane. The driver was curb sneaking post stopped traffic on the right portion of the No. 2 lane, when defendant collided with plaintiff. The traffic had been stopped behind by "Keep Clear" area about 10 car lenghts. Defendants heading for the 91 freeway 250 ahead. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants, the driver and the city based on negligence theories of recovery.
