Facts
On March 4, 1995, the plaintiff, a 59-year-old realtor, visited the defendant's residence to render an appraisal for a sale or lease listing of the residence. The defendants had four dogs on the premises. The plaintiff allegedly was pushed down the backyard stairs by one of the dogs, as she was being shown around the property. She fell to the concrete patio below. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on negligence and negligence per se theories of recovery.
