OK Sheet Metal installed an AC unit on the roof of the plaintiff's home. OK Sheet Metal was called to repair a leak around the unit and made the repair. Defendant Bankson certified the condition of plaintiff's roof on or before the time that OK Sheet Metal installed the AC unit, and plaintiff claimed Bankson was jointly responsible for replacing her roof.
