The parties entered into a sales agreement for a condominium unit in San Diego. Escrow was to close on Sep. 21, 2001. The defendants cancelled the sales agreement on Nov. 26, 2001, because the plaintiff could not obtain financing due to the lack of fire insurance coverage for the HDA.
