Plaintiff alleged, that her husband, Henry Greathouse died from asbestos-related lung cancer. Decedent was exposed to asbestos at various construction sites during his career as a plasterer-contractor between 1958 and the late 1970's. One of the asbestos-containing cements Henry used and was exposed to was Defendant Riverside Cement Company's gun plastic cement. Decedent was a non-smoker. Plaintiff was decedent's widow.
