On ;May 12, 1991, at approximately 6:00 a.m., Plaintiff, a 33-year-old sheriff's deputy, was driving westbound on "H" Street, 600 feet before the intersection with Third Avenue, in the City of Chula Vista, in the number 1 lane, when Defendant's automobile pulled out of a driveway, made a left turn to travel eastbound on "H" Street, and pulled in front of the Plaintiff, resulting a collision between the two vehicles.
