Facts
The plaintiff, Philip Adcock, a 35-year-old writer, actor, and comic, was driving westbound on Moorpark in the No. 1 lane at 30 mph in a 35 mph zone approaching Tujunga. Several cars stopped in the No. 1 lane. Plaintiff moved to lane No. 2 lane and entered the intersection on green light. The defendant stopped in the eastbound No. 1 lane waiting to turn left. The plaintiff struck defendant as defendant made a left turn. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on a neglience theory of recovery.
