Facts

In 1992, defendant general contractor undertook certain works of improvement upon a 63-unit condominium complex. Beginning in 1996, the plaintiff homeowners association claimed that various defects and deficiencies existed throughout the subject condominium complex and common areas allegedly caused by defendants. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants based on violations of breach of local building and construction practices, industry standards, governmental codes and restrictions, manufacturer requirements, product specifications, Chapter 16 of the City of Las Vegas Municipal Code, NRS 278.583, and Chapter 523 of the Nevada Administrative Code.
