On Dec. 16, 1995, the plaintiff, a 27-year-old plumber, was involved in an auto accident. The plaintiff alleged that defendant ran a red light and struck plaintiff's truck on the driver's side in a heavy impact, causing plaintiff's truck to roll over 1+ times. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on negligence.
