Plaintiff contended that defendant, founded by former Cisco employees, allegedly copied extensively from plaintiff's command line interface for its IOS, IOS-XR, IOS-XE, and NX-OS operating systems, and used patented technology relating to plaintiff's command line interface.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant denied plaintiff's allegations and argued that Cisco initiated litigation in an effort to debilitate defendant as a competitor.
