On October 9, 1991, Plaintiff Kelly Dare, a 28-year-old computer graphic artist, was northbound on Sepulveda and stopped for an emergency vehicle with lights and sirens. Defendant Daniel Ennis was also northbound, but did not see or hear the emergency vehicle as he approached the same intersection on a green light at approximately 35 mph. The vehicles collided in a rear end collision. Liability was admitted by the Defense.
