Facts
On March 20, 1993, Defendant was westbound on San Luis Avenue when he hit a muddy spot on the roadway and lost control of his vehicle. He crossed over into Plaintiff's lane of travel, striking Plaintiff's vehicle on the driver's door. Plaintiff's vehicle collided with a wall, overturned, and came to rest upside-down. At the time, Plaintiff was a 37-year-old chiropractor.
