The Sacramento Citizens Concerned About the Railyards, formed by three citizens, and Downtown Plaza LLC filed suit challenging two environmental impact reports which supported approvals for development and financing of the Sacramento Railyards Project, a 244-acre mixed-use, urban in-fill redevelopment project in Downtown Sacramento.

Result

A verdict was returned for the defense.
