Facts

On February 14, 1993, the plaintiff, Janice Frank, a 53-year-old aircraft worker, was a passenger on a motorcycle driven by Jerald Robinson. The plaintiff was traveling on Third Street as a motorcycle passenger when the defendant, Tawnya Clark, turned onto Q Street and struck the motorcycle. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on negligence theories of recovery.
